People & Culture Partner for Growth & Scale

HiBob is seeking a People & Culture Partner to shape employee experiences, strengthen manager capability, and evolve the People function across a growing global business in the UK.

You will partner with leaders across Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and other commercial teams, owning UK People Operations and driving organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and change initiatives as HiBob scales.
