People & Culture Partner: ER, Recruitment & Planning

IFX Payments in London is seeking a People & Culture Senior Specialist to drive business partnering, employee relations and recruitment delivery. You will work closely with the People & Culture Senior Manager to translate strategy into day-to-day HR actions, manage ER cases end-to-end and own recruitment for the business.

You will support workforce planning, talent enablement, and reporting, while upholding culture and values in a fast-paced fintech environment.
