  • Experienced in identifying and advising on L&D needs.
  • Provenexperience of joint planning with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Constructionindustry experience.
  • Awareness ofthe UK education sector.
  • Awareness ofthe CITB Levy mechanisms.
  • Awareness ofthe Apprenticeship Levy mechanisms.
  • Experience ofconstruction and engineering related professional memberships and chartershiproutes such as ICE, RICS, ACOSTE and CICES.
  • Experience offunding streams related to the industry such as the CITB levy.
  • Health &Safety Awareness.

  • Support the Group People and Culture strategy.
  • Support the Division Learning and Development plan.
  • Elaborate and implement P&C topics defined by the account planning.
  • Operational implementation of P&C marketing.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in P&C topics for Business Unit management.
  • Supporting managers in the development of employees and potential at Level 5, 4, D and C in the Business Unit (Identify development needs, derives appropriate measures from the development needs and coordinates them).
  • Supporting employee's development at level 5,4, D and C including early careers in the Business Unit.
  • Managing the identification of appropriate potentials and conducting potential reviews in the Business Unit.
  • Business Unit support for Division wide development programmes.
  • Manage logistics and plan and book events where required in the Business Unit.
  • Support for employees during internal changes (from a P&C point of view) in the Business Unit.
  • Support in the implementation of change and digitalization processes in cooperation with P&C Division.
  • Reporting of Business Unit P&C KPIs to Business Unit management and P&C Division.
  • Ensuring your own visibility and presence in the organisation.
  • Strong collaboration with P&C Division and Group.
  • Coaching line managers on ways to motivate their employees and lead more effectively in the Business Unit.
  • Champion EDI across all areas of the business.
  • Ensure that all employees are up to date with business essential training and the requirements of any Capability, Skills and Experience Frameworks, advising on compliance queries.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders and industry bodies such as the CITB and with preferred suppliers.
  • Advise and support colleagues in relation to professional membership ofindustry bodies.
