People & Culture Partner - Retail Store Impact

Primark in Reading is seeking a Store People & Culture Business Partner to lead the P&C strategy across our store workforce. You will partner with Store Managers to act as a trusted advisor to the retail management team, delivering strategic HR guidance and developing leaders for a high-performing team.
