People & Culture Partner - Mitcham (Manufacturing HR)

Solina in Mitcham, UK is seeking a pragmatic People & Culture Partner to join our growing manufacturing site. You will partner with site leadership to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment, manager development and employee relations.

The role requires strong generalist HR experience, solid knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to coach managers. CIPD Level 5 is preferred.
