People & Culture Manager - Hospitality HR Leader

The River Lee is a prominent Doyle Collection hotel in Cork, Ireland seeking a passionate and organised Human Resources Manager to lead the People & Culture function. You will oversee all HR activities, drive engagement and wellbeing, and foster a positive workplace culture.

In this role you will implement the people strategy, manage performance processes, payroll, employee relations, and development initiatives, while ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and budget alignment.
