People & Culture Leader, HR Generalist & Change Champion

Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced HR generalist to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance, and policy guidance. The role includes leading a small HR team and overseeing payroll, benefits, and rewards processes.

The successful candidate will drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives, deliver HR analytics and reporting, and lead HR projects and organisational change initiatives. CIPD-qualified with strong advisory experience is essential.
