People & Culture Lead - Standalone HR for Fast-Growth

Dizplai is hiring an HR Manager/People Partner to build a standalone people function in the UK, reporting to the Fractional Chief People Officer. You will shape hiring, development and people experience with commercial pragmatism, autonomy and real impact.

You will own recruitment searches, partner with hiring managers, and ensure HR processes scale with our growth as we move from 40 to 100+ employees.
