People & Culture Lead - Luxury Hotel (Mayfair)

The Shepherd Mayfair in London is seeking a proactive People & Culture Manager to lead the HR function within our luxury hotel. You will provide confidential support, develop positive relationships with stakeholders, and drive our people strategy to attract and retain top talent.

Reporting to the General Manager, the role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations and compliance. A passion for hospitality and strong communication are essential.
