People & Culture Lead - Hospitality (Multi-Site)

Holgates Leisure Parks Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across the business. You will shape people strategy, support managers, and foster a positive workplace culture across our North West holiday parks.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll support, and GDPR/Health & Safety compliance. CIPD Level 5 or progress toward it is preferred.
