People & Culture HR Manager for a Creative Festival

Festivals Edinburgh is seeking an experienced HR Manager to contribute to the development and delivery of the Society's People strategy. You will manage HR frameworks, ensuring best practices in recruitment, retention, and performance management while promoting a positive working culture. You will also provide a forward-thinking HR service across all HR activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
