People and Culture Graduate

About Us:
native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent.
We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students' Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.
Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students' Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.
The People & Culture Team
Our people are our magic and that's where you come in. We're looking for a People & Culture Grad to join us for 6 months, supporting the heartbeat of native, the humans who make it all happen. You'll work closely with the P&C team to shape how we hire, support, celebrate, and grow our people - with creativity, empathy, and a deep respect for vibes and structure.
This is a chance to learn the ropes of modern HR (we prefer "People & Culture," thanks), get stuck into real projects, and help build a workplace that actually walks the talk. If you care about people, culture, and making things better, come sit with us.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations (onboarding, offboarding, HR admin, but make it Native)
- Helping us roll out initiatives across wellbeing, values, learning, and team development
- Getting hands on with culture projects, from surveys to feedback loops to employee rituals
- Assisting with recruitment processes and helping us build an inclusive candidate experience
- Keeping our internal systems organised and up to date (Confluence, HR tools, all that good stuff)
- Learning loads. About yourself, about people, about what makes a workplace tick
What we're looking for:
- A recent or soon-to-be graduate who's curious about people, work, and culture
- Someone emotionally intelligent with strong listening skills and an inclusive mindset
- Organised, detail-oriented, and quietly obsessed with doing things well
- Great written and verbal communication (you don't need to be loud, but you do need to care)
- No specific degree required - we welcome grads from all academic backgrounds
- Bonus points if you've dipped your toe into HR, psychology, events, admin, or any people-facing role - but we're here to teach you the rest
What you'll get:
- A six-month paid grad scheme (with potential to extend) with real mentorship and learning opportunities
- A hybrid working set-up (typically 3 days in our London office)
- A front-row seat to the world of People & Culture at a fast-paced, values-led startup
- Exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams, your ideas will be heard
- The chance to help shape a genuinely inclusive, fun, and forward-thinking workplace

Send us your CV and a short message (or video, or voice note, or moodboard - we're flexible) telling us why you're interested in People & Culture and why Native feels like your kind of place.
