People & Culture Coordinator - HR & Recruitment Focus

Provide support across the range of People activities, with particular focus on recruitment; learning and development; HR records and systems; and employee engagement. Gain experience at work and complete all training and development to meet the CIPD Level 3 standard.
Responsibilities:Working as part of the People & Culture team, you will gain valuable experience across a broad range of HR activities, supporting the Recruitment Partner with efficient pre-employment checks, maintaining accurate job descriptions, responding to speculative enquiries, liaising with candidates and supporting recruitment events such as open days and careers fairs. You will help ensure a smooth transition from recruitment through to induction and probation, while acting as a point of contact for queries from managers and team members and providing a flexible and responsive HR service. The role will also involve supporting employee lifecycle changes, assisting with People & Culture projects and initiatives, organising meetings, circulating information, taking notes and providing administrative support to the Head of People and Culture, People Business Partners and Recruitment Partner. You will contribute to maintaining accurate and accessible HR information systems, ensuring all information is managed in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements, producing HR trend and KPI reports, maintaining access to policies and procedures, and supporting the digitisation and continuous improvement of People services. You will also support learning and development activities by maintaining compulsory training records, monitoring appraisal and personal development processes, supporting effective onboarding and induction, arranging training, recording attendance, producing reports, evaluating training and assisting with external accreditation initiatives. In addition, you will support employee engagement initiatives and surveys, assist with analysing feedback, and champion the organisation's core values across all People & Culture activities.
