People & Culture Assistant - Onboarding & Experience

Trafford & Stockport College Group is seeking a proactive People & Culture Assistant to join the newly formed People and Culture Department at the Altrincham Campus. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, assisting with onboarding, policy guidance, and HR administration in a busy, supportive environment.
