We're looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our P&C Team for 12 month maternity cover.
As a People & Culture Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our managers and teams across multiple locations. You'll act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture throughout the business.
Salary- Up to £55,000 per annum DOE. 12 month maternity cover, with potential to go permanent.

- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all employee relations matters
- Supporting investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance processes
- Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in leading their teams
- Driving recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Supporting and embedding People & Culture policies and best practices
- Leading engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the group
- Analysing HR data and trends to inform decision-making
- Assisting with training and development programmes
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor / People Advisor role (hospitality experience highly desirable)
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- A proactive, hands on approach with a solutions focused mindset
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied workload
