People & Culture Advisor - ER & Employee Engagement

Hilton Food Group in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to be the first point of contact between People & Culture and the wider business, providing advice and guidance on employee relations and employment law.

You will support the People & Culture Business Partner in implementing the ongoing strategy, manage absence, onboarding, policy updates, and provide weekly KPI information.
