People Analytics & Systems Lead

Peterborough College is seeking a People Systems & Analytics Manager to lead the development of its people systems, workforce analytics and digital services capability. You will transform workforce data into insight to support strategic priorities.

You will work with senior leaders to create dashboards in Power BI, manage GDPR compliant data, and drive automation and continuous improvement. A degree and SQL experience are essential.
