WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our global unit People Data, Analytics and Digital Solutions we focus on leveraging data to optimize HR processes, enhance decision-making, ensure compliance and drive strategic initiatives. We implement digital solutions to streamline operations, automate tasks, and enhance overall productivity.

  • In your new position, you are responsible for analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities that drive business decisions.
  • Together with your colleagues, you set up and manage structures for functional budget planning and reporting to ensure transparent resource allocation.
  • You develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards and self service analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Furthermore, you partner with HR Business Partners, leadership, finance and controlling to define key business questions and deliver data driven solutions.
  • In addition, you optimize and standardize tools, processes and reporting frameworks, ensure data integrity and continuously improve data governance in collaboration with IT and HR Operations.
WHAT YOU OFFER
  • university degree in economics, business administration or a comparable field of study
  • minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in HR analytics, controlling or a comparable area
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills and practical experience with reporting and dashboarding concepts
  • fluent German and English skills and experience with SAP, Power BI and BW desirable but not mandatory
  • team oriented mindset, strong independent working style and good communication skills
