People AI Portfolio & Product Manager

Sky UK Limited is seeking a Manager, People AI Products & Portfolio on a 12-month FTC/secondment, coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the People AI portfolio within the People Directorate. You will structure governance, manage backlogs and roadmaps, and partner with Centre of Excellence and Technology teams to drive measurable business value.

You will facilitate discovery, translate business needs into functional specs, and produce dashboards on adoption, performance and benefits.
