People Advisory Lead: HR Strategy & Compliance

Starling Bank is seeking a senior People leader to head the People Advisory team, delivering high-quality, consistent first-line advice to employees and line managers. You will act as the escalation point for complex inquiries while driving continuous improvement across all People processes.

You will partner with People Partners and CoEs to ensure a seamless, high-touch People experience, maintain GDPR-compliant records, and manage risk in a fast-paced, regulated banking environment.
