People Advisor: HR Partner for Growth & Engagement

Honeycomb Houses is seeking a People Advisor to coach managers on employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliant HR practices across our 12 houses. The role is based at The Kings Head, Cirencester, and is a full-time, field-based position with travel to other sites in Oxfordshire and Chiltern regions.

You will partner with the Head of People to attract, develop and retain exceptional colleagues.
