People Advisor: HR Partner for Civil Projects

Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking a People Advisor to deliver proactive HR support for the Lower Thames Crossing project. You will work with managers to apply policies, ensure legal compliance and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

You will handle employee relations, maintain confidential records and contribute to workforce planning while aligning with BMJV values and project objectives. This role is on-site in Tilbury.
