People Advisor: ER & Development (Nutrition Manufacturing)

The Hut Group (THG) is expanding its People team at the Warrington manufacturing site and seeks a People Advisor to deliver proactive employee relations support across the operation.

You will coach managers, handle ER cases, support performance improvement, engagement activities and HR data analysis, and ensure compliance with employment law while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
