People Advisor - Strategic Coaching for Mid Level Managers

Trainline plc, based in London, is looking for a People Advisor to partner with mid-level managers, guiding organisational design and business transformation while driving performance and engagement.

You will collaborate with ER, L&D, and Talent Acquisition to shape processes, develop manager pathways, and enable a data led, commercially focused HR partnering approach across the People function.
