People Advisor - Shape People Growth in Birmingham

Rocksteady Music School Limited is expanding its People team with a Birmingham-based People Advisor. This full-time, permanent role focuses on employee relations, coaching managers, policy development, and ensuring staff feel valued and heard.

Based in the Jewellery Quarter with occasional travel to Liphook, you will partner with the team in Liphook and support across the UK. Strong advisory experience and CIPD qualifications are desirable.
