People Advisor - HR Generalist for Employee Experience

MVF is seeking a People Advisor to shape an excellent employee experience across the MVF employee lifecycle. You will leverage strong employee relations experience and interpersonal skills to advise client groups and act as a trusted partner with the People Partner.

You will support onboarding, training calendar planning, HRIS administration (HiBob), and EOR-related activities for US and APAC populations, contributing to process improvements and compliance.
