We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support our College Group People team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a professional, efficient, and people-focused HR service.
Reporting to the People Partner, you will support key HR processes including onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll changes, and responding to HR queries. You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for staff across the College. This is a varied role within a supportive team, offering a great opportunity to develop your HR career and make a real impact.
The successful candidate must have:- Educated to A-Level standard (or other Level 3 equivalent)
- Significant Administration experience with a medium/large sized team
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular at least Intermediate in Excel
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
