Job Description
Pensions Associate Solicitor - Dublin

BCL Legal is instructed by a top-tier Dublin law firm on an opportunity for a Pensions Associate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Pensions & Incentives team. The group is consistently recognised in leading legal directories for advising on complex pension matters across both the defined benefit and defined contribution spectrum, from scheme establishment and governance to restructuring, liability management and pensions-related aspects of commercial transactions.

Role & Work

You'll be part of a team that advises trustees, employers and corporate clients on the full range of pension law issues, including scheme design and operation, funding proposals, trustee governance, benefit changes, and the pensions elements of commercial deals. The practice handles both contentious and non-contentious work, giving you exposure to practical problem-solving and high-level advisory work.

Why this is a great opportunity

This role is ideal for an associate seeking to deepen technical expertise in pensions law while building strong client relationships. You'll benefit from working alongside experienced practitioners and gain direct responsibility on significant matters. The team's market reputation means you'll be exposed to high-quality work across public and private sector clients.
