Job Description

Are you an Administrator with a high level of manual benefit calculations experience and a number of years' pensions experience, looking for a technical role within a major UK pensions provider?

Then this is an exciting opportunity to ensure precision in pension calculations while refining processes.

Responsibilities
  • Review case work and processes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance for defined benefit and defined contribution administration functions.
  • Provide summary reports of findings and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to systems and processes.
  • Check the work of other people.
Qualifications
  • High level of manual benefit calculation experience.
  • Years of pensions experience.
  • Background of using pension/contribution systems.
  • Proficiency dealing with customers, both internal and external.
  • Understanding of User Acceptance Testing of system changes and new calculation implementation (desirable; training provided).
