Pega Lead System Architect

We are seeking an experienced Pega LSA with strong hands-on expertise in Pega Infinity '24 and fluent German or English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and technical design of complex Pega solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega architectures.
• Provide technical leadership to Pega developers and System Architects.
• Define case management, data, integration, security, and application architecture.
• Lead design reviews, technical workshops, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure Pega best practices, guardrails, performance, and scalability.
• Support enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging.

Required Experience:

• Pega Certified LSA with significant enterprise Pega experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Infinity '24.
• Deep knowledge of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, data modelling, and security.
• Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent German or English.
