Job Description

PE Teacher - Full Time (Immediate Start to Summer Term, Potential September Opportunity)

We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded partner secondary school in South Tyneside, currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed PE Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis with an immediate start through to the end of the summer term, with potential to continue into September.

The Role
  • Full-time PE teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Deliver engaging, inclusive practical and theory-based lessons
  • Inspire students to develop confidence, teamwork, and a passion for physical activity
  • Contribute to extracurricular sport and enrichment programmes
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced department

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching PE at secondary level

  • A strong commitment to student progress and engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
