PE & M&A Transaction Tax Director

Brewer Morris is seeking an experienced Transaction Tax Director to join its expanding Deals practice in the United Kingdom. You will lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, advise on structuring and reorganisations, and manage multiple complex transactions with high-quality technical and commercial outcomes.

The role requires strong client relationship skills, a track record with private equity clients, and an ability to develop and mentor a high-performing tax team.
