PCN Administration & Patient Engagement Coordinator

Wehave an exciting opportunity to join the Woolpit Health Centre as a PCN administration and patient engagement coordinator, for 30 - 37.5 hours per week.
This role has three key responsibilities:
- providing administrative support to Blackbourne Primary Care Network,
- leading and reporting on all aspects of patient engagement across multi-channel platforms
- the logistical organisation and implementation of our adult vaccination and immunisation programmes and campaigns.
Duties will include:
- Handleenquiries from members of the public
- Enterdata from each practice into the ARRS portal and submit for reimbursementto meet the monthly deadline
- Be the point of contact for practices for any ARRS queries
- Providethe ICB with the job descriptions, contracts and qualification evidencefor any new ARRS recruitment
- Maintain an accurate register of ARRS staff in the Primary Care Workforce portal
- Collateand submit the workforce planning data to meet the deadline of 31st October
- Collateand submit the enhanced access delivery hours for all 4 practices to theICB on a quarterly basis
- MonitorIIF (Investment Impact Fund) performance through Ardens Manager, providingmonthly updates to the practices
- Workwith the clinical director to plan and execute PCN meetings; distributinginvitations, agendas and meeting minutes
- Assistwith vaccination and immunisation administration, sending invites
- Coordinateplanning and booking of vaccinations
- Arrangemeetings for the PPG, taking minutes
- Producingmonthly reports
- Beresponsible for patient newsletters

About the CandidateWe are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal (people) skills and ideally have worked within the NHS or other medical environment.
Other qualifications, skills and experience required include;
- GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care preferred
- Experience of direct patient or customer care
- Computer literate, Word, Excel and presentation software
- Evidence of the ability to support collation and analysis of data

We provide services to over 16,000 patients who live in a practice area of 75 square miles of rural West Suffolk, straddling the A14, between Thurston in the west, and Haughley in the east.
We pride ourselves on the high standards of our care we are holders of the Royal College of General Practitioners Practice Accreditation Award, a quality mark held by only 19 practices in the UK.
Our 5 GP partners and 8 non-partner GPs lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and a social prescriber all of whom are based in our purpose-built premises.

Woolpit Health Centre is the lead practice within Blackbourne PCN, alongside Botesdale Health Centre, Ixworth Surgery and Stanton Surgery. We serve a rural population of over 40,000 patients.
