Job Description

A PCI DSS Payment Security Management System (PSMS) Manager is required for our client based in Manchester. This is a hybrid position, 2-3 days per week on site, therefore please only apply if you can commit to this.

Do you have a passion for driving security and quality excellence? Our client is recruiting for an exceptional PCI DSS Payment Security Management System (PSMS) Manager to join their forward-thinking and dedicated team!

This role will focus on supporting the implementation and ongoing compliance of PCI DSS standards, working closely with internal teams and external agencies during audits. The position involves collaborating with the compliance team to maintain and achieve ISO certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000. As part of the Quality Team within a larger unit delivering Information Services, Data, and Project Management across the Group, you will play a key role in ensuring robust security and quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience supporting, an organisation's PCI-DSS compliance effort, working with ISA or QSA.
  • Experience with PCI policies, standards, and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and intrapersonal skills with a solid foundational understanding and experience in process, relationship, and program management.
  • Be a highly motivated self-starting professional with an understanding of PCI DSS requirements and testing methodology.
  • Must also be detail-oriented, results-focused, and have a proven track record of driving tasks to completion.
  • Must be a strong team player with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently with other team members cross-functionally and across the team.
  • PCI SSC certification is beneficial but not mandatory
