Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

rTriibe is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support pupils within school settings, including mainstream and SEN environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group personal care support to pupils
• Assist with toileting, changing, feeding, and mobility needs
• Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN and SEMH
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support individual care plans
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care or school-based support role
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Patient, empathetic, and professional approach
• Strong communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant care or childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
