£42,000 per annum

Brand-new Intensive Complex Care Service Nr Tamworth - and we're looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to help shape and lead this service from the very beginning.

This is a truly unique opportunity to make a lasting impact, supporting individuals transitioning from long-term inpatient settings into their own homes.

You won't just be joining a team - you'll be building a culture, leading best practice, and directly influencing outcomes for individuals with complex needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading development and implementation of PBS strategies
• Conducting behavioural and referral assessments
• Creating and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Supporting complex transitions into community living
• Working alongside MDT professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, ICBs, social workers)
• Driving restraint reduction and promoting positive practice
• Delivering training and CPD to staff teams
• Analysing behavioural data to improve outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience within PBS frameworks / ABA
• Proven success in reducing restrictive practices
• Experience delivering PBS training
• Knowledge of MCA, DOLS, safeguarding, and risk management
• Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel
• Relevant qualification (or working towards), such as:
• BSc / MSc / MA in ABA, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, or PBS Diploma
