Payroll Team Lead: Drive Payroll Excellence & Team Growth

Bettys & Taylors Group in Harrogate is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to join the team at Pagoda House. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week over five days, reporting to the Payroll & Systems Manager, with line management responsibility for the Payroll Coordinators.

You will lead day-to-day payroll processing, including weekly and monthly reconciliations and month-end activities, while supporting payroll compliance and system changes.
