Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled payroll professional to take ownership of a varied client portfolio within a supportive and growing team.

The Role

You will work with the firm's supportive team, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery for a range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
  • Responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Liaising with HMRC on payroll matters as required.
  • Ensuring payroll deadlines are met consistently and accurately.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Solid recent payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice or bureau environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and compliance obligations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
