Job Description
Overview

A market-leading organisation based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team on an initial 3-month contractual basis. This will be an office-based role so you will be on-site 4-5 days per week. Please note, this contract is Inside IR35.

Responsibilities
  • Manage both weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 staff.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including the calculation of earnings, deductions, sick pay and taxes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Carry out P11D administration.
  • Complete payroll year-end rollover and complete national statistics reports monthly.
  • Coordinate pension schemes and stay up to date with pensions regulations, changes and practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven Payroll Manager with excellent communication skills and experience in successfully managing a payroll function.
  • Prior experience with COINS ERP software is preferred but not essential.
