Job Description

A high-end Hotel based in Central London are searching for a new Payroll Manager to join the team to take full ownership of the payroll function (with one direct report).

This is a role to replace the current manager, leaving at the end of the month, so haas a strong opportunity to extend/turn permanent.

Applicants must be able to be on-site 5 days a week in central London, and must be immediately available.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire payroll process, including running monthly payment runs, service Charge, gratuity, and TRONC payments
  • Liaise with HR and departmental managers to resolve payroll queries
  • Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and internal audit standards
  • Provide reports and analysis to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a mid-sized payroll, within a Hotel setting
  • Immediatley Available to start a new role
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
