Job DescriptionPayroll Manager
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee payroll systems and resolve any discrepancies or technical issues.
- Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings and pension contributions.
- Provide guidance and support to wider payroll staff.
- Monitor changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Respond to employee payroll queries timely
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
- Experience leader
- Happy to adhere to an office based role (Reading)
- Familiarity with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Payroll Manager
- Salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
