Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
- Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
- Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with global teams
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of local payroll and time regulations in Germany and proven expertise in payroll system configuration and integrations
- SAP knowledge
- Fluent in English and Germany with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to explore and apply innovative solutions
- Previous experience working on international payroll projects is a plus
- Ability to work remotely, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, global and project teams
