Payroll & People Ops Innovator - End-to-End & Data-Driven

PortSwigger Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Payroll & People Operations lead. You will own payroll end-to-end, ensure accuracy and discretion, and drive improvements across the employee lifecycle.

You'll redesign processes, leverage automation and AI to reduce repetitive work, and ensure seamless data flow between systems. You will collaborate with the Swiggers to implement reward initiatives and communicate changes clearly.
