We are seeking for one of our clients based in Vésenaz, a human-sized structure, an experienced Payroll & HR Manager at 100%. You will be responsible for the entire payroll process, as well as legal and resource management. If you wish to put your skills at the service of a dynamic team and evolve in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and caring environment, we would be delighted to hear from you!Experienced Payroll and HR ManagerMain missions:- Preparation of payroll statements: payslips, calculation of social charges, and management of related formalities.- Formalities related to personnel movements: Management of arrival and departure announcements, work permit requests for foreigners, management of insurance matters in case of illness, accidents, or other events.- Management of the HR calendar: and key HR events such as annual reviews, career assessments, and other important HR actions. Follow-up on deadlines and ensure the smooth progress of the various stages of the calendar to ensure fluid and optimal management of HR resources: Keeping HR files and managing employee records up to date in accordance with internal processes and documents: Review and update internal documents related to HR management.Profile sought: - A benefit of 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll management and HR management with a perfect command of Swiss labor law. - Obtained / HR certificate or a legal degree with a mastery of office tools (WinEur Payroll is a plus). - Discreet personality, respectful of confidentiality, with great rigor and autonomy. - Excellent writing skills. jid49be426aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
