Job Description

For a valued client operating in a dynamic environment, I am urgently looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator with strong expertise in German payroll. In this role, you will support various German entities with payroll processing and work on optimising payroll operations to further support the organisation. The client uses ADP GlobalView as their payroll system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll for multiple German entities using ADP GlobalView.
  • Ensure compliance with German labour laws and regulations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for payroll process improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and management.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in German payroll administration is required.
  • Strong knowledge of German employment law and tax regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView payroll systems.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.

Location: Remote
Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension
Hours per week: 24-32
Rate: Competitive
