Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis for 2-3 months initially.
Working in central London 5 days a week on-site
Duties will include;
- Prepare and process monthly payroll within a team.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Handle payroll queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- General Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Support other Finance and HR functions as needed.
- Dealing with queries via telephone and email.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
