Job Description

We are looking for a experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at our new office in Kings Hill, West Malling.

Joining us on a full time, 37.5 hour per week basis you will work in a hybrid capacity with 2 days per week based at the Kings Hill office.

Your day-to-day

Full end to end pay cycle processing, including;

  • Adding starters, leavers, contractual and personal detail changes
  • Processing of statutory payments
  • Changes to pensions including opt in/out and employee requests
  • Processing of salary sacrifice arrangements ensuring NLW compliance
  • Processing of pay relating to hours worked, allowances, bonus' and other amounts as requested by the business
  • Processing of deductions as required and in line with any applicable regulatory requirements
  • Monitor cycles for breaches in NLW
  • Review pay cycle information to identify and resolve any inconsistencies, errors or inefficiencies
  • Identify and report any over or underpayments to the Payroll Manager providing sufficient evidence
  • Ensure that all payrolls have the appropriate level of authorisation at local level
  • Process supplementary payments ensuring that back up documentation is present where required
  • Where manual payments are raised outside the pay cycle, these are then processed correctly in the subsequent run
