Patient Services Supervisor: Lead Front Desk & Experience

Churchmere Medical Group is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to lead its Reception and Administration teams across Ellesmere and Whitchurch. You will work closely with the Patient Services Manager to ensure a professional, compassionate, and efficient patient experience.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, 9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday) with occasional evenings and Saturday Extended Access sessions. You will develop staff, promote service excellence and drive continuous improvement.
