Patient Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

NHS in Nailsworth is seeking a part-time Patient Co-ordinator to join their friendly team. In this role, you will assist patients in accessing healthcare services, manage prescription requests, and answer queries. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, be able to multi-task effectively, and have experience in a non-clinical role within a GP practice. Flexibility is key, as the role includes rotational cover for Saturday clinics. A background in using TPP SystmOne is preferred.
