Patient Services Coordinator

Location: Chichester (Office-based)
Job Type:Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £25,000 per annumplus excellent benefits package

KT Healthcare is a family-owned private therapy provider specialising in high-quality Autism Diagnostic Services. We work closely with GPs, NHSICBsand clinicians to deliver a seamless diagnostic journey, combining clinical excellence with compassionate patient care.

As our service continues to grow,we'relooking for an organised,proactiveand empathetic Patient Services Coordinatorto join our Autism Service Operations Team.

About the Role

This is a varied operational role at the centre of our Autism Service.You'llcoordinate patient journeys from referral through to assessment and final report, supporting patients, clinicians and referrers while ensuring an outstanding service experience.

Working across multiple operational workstreams,you'llhelp keep the service running efficiently,maintaininghigh standardsof quality,complianceand patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient journeys from referral through to assessment and final report.
  • Manage clinician diaries,appointmentsand referrals to ensure an efficient, high-quality service.
  • Act as the first non-clinical point of contact for patients, families,GPsand referrers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintainaccuratepatient records and ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, CQC and internal policies.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to clinicians and the wider Autism Service team.
  • Use patient management systems to coordinate appointments,maintainrecordsand monitor service performance.
  • Support quality assurance,auditsand continuous service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively across the team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

  • Previousexperience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, clinicaladministrationor another operational support role is highly desirable.
